TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA 07 has similar properties as 1000 GA, except this is a powder grade.
TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA 07 is commonly used in batteries, ceramics, cleaners, paper, and textiles. It can also be used in animal feed products and plastic extrusion processes.
Electronics and Batteries: TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA 07 is used in lithium-ion batteries as an anode binder to improve viscosity, suspension, and binding of the actives and conducting additives. It also improves adhesion and drying speed when used in the graphite coat.
Ceramic Applications: TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA 07 is utilized in glaze and clay ceramic applications for better binding, thickening, stability, and gloss. It also used in ceramic tiles to improve plasticity and crack resistance.
Textiles: TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA 07 is used as a rheology modifier and film former for textile fibers. It is applied to the fibers as a CMC coat before weaving which would be removed after washing. It provides lubricity and protection to the fibers from oil stains.
Other Applications: TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA 07 can also be used in animal feed, packaging, and consumer applications when food grade approval and thickening are required.
